  • communicate confirmations, deadlines, changes, and travel information;

  • facilitate authorized payments;

4. Payment-Card Information

Payment-card information required for travel reservations is submitted through LLE's designated secure WorldVia travel-advisor/client-management system rather than LLE's general website inquiry form.

LLE may access and use payment information as necessary to submit a specifically authorized transaction to a travel Supplier.

Do not send complete payment-card information through ordinary email, text message, social-media direct message, or the Plan My Escape/general inquiry form on lblescapes.com.

LLE does not intentionally use payment-card information for transactions that have not been authorized.

Card-verification codes such as CVV/CVC/CID cannot be retained after authorization under PCI DSS requirements, even with a cardholder's permission. PCI Security Standards Council

5. How Information May Be Shared

LLE may share information when reasonably necessary with:

  • WorldVia Travel Network and travel technology providers;

  • airlines;

  • hotels and resorts;

  • cruise lines;

  • tour operators;

  • transportation and excursion providers;

  • professional advisers or service providers supporting LLE;

  • government or regulatory authorities when legally required; and

  • other parties when necessary to complete travel services you request or as otherwise permitted by law.

LLE does not sell payment-card information.

LLE’s travel-planning services are contracted by adults.

When arranging family or group travel, LLE may need information concerning minors, such as names, dates of birth, passport details, or other information required to complete travel arrangements.

Such information should be provided by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult authorized to provide it and is used for legitimate travel-related purposes.
